Product

What piRevenue actually is.

piRevenue is an agentic revenue platform: software where AI agents handle the busywork of selling — logging deals, chasing quiet ones, keeping the forecast current — while your reps do the parts only a person can do, like building relationships and closing.

No. piRevenue keeps humans in the close. Agents draft follow-ups, structure deal records and flag risk, but every customer-facing message, commitment or price is sent by a person who reviewed it first.

A regular CRM is a system of record — it stores whatever you type into it. piRevenue is a system of action: it builds the deal record from the work reps already do (a call, a voice note, a forwarded email) and takes the next useful step, instead of waiting for someone to fill in a form.

Remi, the piRevenue agent
Remi here. Short version, from me: I do the busywork — capture, drafting, logging, forecasting — and a human always closes. Everything below just spells that out in more detail.Remi · your piRevenue agent
Human-in-the-loop

Where the line is, and why.

It means every agent action that touches a customer or changes a commitment is drafted or flagged by AI, then reviewed and approved by a person before it goes anywhere. Agents propose; humans decide.

No. Agents draft outbound messages — a follow-up nudge, a recap — but nothing reaches a customer until a rep reviews and sends it. That line is a hard design rule, not a configurable setting.

The rep who approves an action is accountable for it, the same as if they'd written it themselves — because they did review it. piRevenue keeps a full audit trail of what an agent proposed and what a human actually approved, so accountability is traceable, not ambiguous.

Getting started

From sign-up to first deal.

Most teams are live in an afternoon. Start free with three seats, no credit card required, and connect your first pipeline the same day.

Not to start. Most teams begin capturing new deals in piRevenue immediately and bring historical records across afterward, at their own pace, once they've seen the workflow in action.

Connect your pipeline, invite your first three reps, and start logging deals the normal way — a call, a voice note, a forwarded thread. There's no lengthy configuration project before the first deal is captured.

Pricing

What it costs, and when.

Teams of three seats or fewer are free forever. Paid plans scale with seats and are priced in your local currency from day one — see the pricing page for current tiers.

It's a genuine free plan for teams of three, not a time-limited trial. No credit card is required to start, and there's no countdown forcing an upgrade.

You add seats on a paid tier as your team grows. Nothing is deleted or locked when you cross three seats — you simply move to a plan sized for your headcount.

Regions & languages

Built for where you sell.

Yes — piRevenue is designed for high-velocity teams across India, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Africa and Latin America, priced in local currency from day one rather than adapted from a US-first product.

The interface supports English plus machine-assisted translations across nine locales, including Hindi, Arabic, Indonesian, Vietnamese, Spanish, French, Portuguese and Tagalog, flagged for native review as they mature.

Security

How your data is handled.

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is scoped by role, and every agent action is logged in an audit trail. See the security page for the full detail on our practices.

Only your organization's users, scoped by the roles and permissions you set. piRevenue staff do not browse customer pipeline data as a matter of routine, and access is logged.

piRevenue is built with regional data protection requirements in mind for the markets we serve. For the specifics relevant to your organization, see the security page or contact us directly.

Roadmap & WhatsApp

What's live today, and what's next.

Honest answer: WhatsApp and other messaging-channel integrations are on our public roadmap, not live today. What is live is capturing the deal context your reps already generate around those conversations — notes, calls, forwarded threads — and doing the busywork around it.

Messaging-channel capture (including WhatsApp), deeper integrations, and expanded language coverage are the next major areas of investment. The roadmap page tracks what's shipped, what's building, and what's next in detail.

Stop feeding the CRM. Watch it feed you.

Give your reps their week back. Start free in an afternoon, or see it on your own pipeline.
