Terms of Service

Last updated: 16 August 2026. Please read these terms before using piRevenue.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of www.pirevenue.com and the piRevenue application (together, the "Service"), operated by piRevenue. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you're using the Service on behalf of an organization, you're agreeing on its behalf and confirming you have the authority to do so.

1. Use of the Service

piRevenue provides an agentic revenue platform that helps sales teams capture, follow up on and forecast deals, with humans approving every customer-facing action. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Service for your organization's internal business purposes, subject to these Terms and any order or plan you've agreed to.

The Service is provided "as is" while we continue to develop it; features described on this site reflect current and planned functionality and may change as the product evolves.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You're responsible for activity that happens under your account, and for promptly notifying us of any unauthorized use.

Starter accounts are free for up to three seats. Growth and Scale accounts are billed according to the plan and currency selected at signup or agreed with our sales team; see our Pricing page for current plan details.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to violate any applicable law or the rights of a third party.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or underlying infrastructure.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, except where permitted by law.
  • Use the Service to send unsolicited communications in violation of applicable anti-spam law.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

4. Your data

You retain ownership of the deal, contact and conversation data your organization submits to the Service ("Customer Data"). You grant us the right to process Customer Data as necessary to provide the Service, consistent with our Privacy Policy. You're responsible for having the necessary rights and permissions to submit Customer Data to piRevenue, including any contact data belonging to your customers or prospects.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design and branding, is owned by piRevenue and its licensors. Except for the limited rights granted in these Terms, no rights in the Service are transferred to you.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, piRevenue disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any agentic output will be accurate or complete — that's why every customer-facing action requires human approval.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, piRevenue will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunity, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms and don't cure the breach within a reasonable time after notice, or where necessary to protect the Service or other users.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. We'll update the "last updated" date above, and for material changes, we'll make a reasonable effort to notify account owners directly. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in piRevenue's jurisdiction of incorporation, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless a separately negotiated order form specifies otherwise.

11. Contact us

Questions about these Terms can be sent to legal@pirevenue.com, or via our contact form.
