The Manifesto

Stop feeding the CRM. Watch it feed you.

We didn't build another place to type. We built the thing that stops you from having to. This is why piRevenue exists, what it refuses to do, and who it's for.

The busywork problem

Your best people were hired to sell. Most of the week, they don't.

Walk any sales floor from Bengaluru to Lagos and you'll find the same quiet theft: a rep closes a call, and instead of moving to the next conversation, opens a form. Fields. Dropdowns. "Next steps" typed from memory, an hour after the memory was fresh. By the time the CRM is updated, the deal has already cooled by a degree.

This isn't a training problem or a discipline problem. It's a design problem. Every CRM built in the last two decades was designed to be filled in, not to fill itself in. It made the seller into an unpaid data-entry clerk, and then measured them on "adoption" — as if typing into a form were the job, instead of the tax on the job.

  • A top rep spends just 28% of the week actually selling
  • ~5 hours a day, per rep, lost to logging, chasing and cleanup
  • Deals go quiet not because reps don't care — because no one has time to check

A word about "AI SDRs"

We don't build AI that pretends to be a salesperson.

There's a whole category now of software that promises to write your emails, book your meetings, and "close deals while you sleep." We think it's a category built on a category error. Selling is not a content-generation problem. It's a trust problem, and trust is built by humans, not autocompleted by them.

What "AI SDR" vendors promise

  • Fully autonomous outbound — the AI writes and sends
  • "Book meetings while you sleep," no human review
  • A chatbot persona standing in for your brand's voice
  • Volume as the metric that matters

What piRevenue actually does

  • Agents draft; a human approves every outbound word
  • Deals get logged and chased — the send is always yours
  • Your voice, your relationship, your name on the email
  • Time-back and trust as the metrics that matter

In markets where a deal is won on a relationship — a second cup of tea, a reference from a cousin's business partner, a WhatsApp voice note at 11pm — a robot that "closes while you sleep" isn't a feature. It's a warning sign. We built the opposite.

The human-in-the-loop line

AI will never close your deal. That's not a limitation. It's the design.

We drew one hard line before we wrote a line of code: agents do the busywork, humans own the relationship and the close. Not "for now, until the model gets better." Permanently. On principle.

Every outbound message an agent drafts waits for a human tap before it leaves the building. Every price, every commitment, every "yes" — a person's decision, with a person's name attached, in a full audit trail. The agent's job is to make sure nothing falls through the cracks. The closing is, and stays, yours.

  • Agents draft. Humans approve. Every time, no exceptions.
  • A full audit trail of who did what, and when
  • Your customer relationships stay yours — not the model's

What we mean by "agentic revenue"

Not "AI sales." Not "automation." Agentic revenue is a system of action: software agents that do real work on your pipeline — capturing, chasing, forecasting — while every decision that touches a customer still runs through a human. It's the difference between a system that helps you sell and one that tries to sell for you.

Auto-capture & agentic follow-up

Agents turn a voice note, a forwarded email or a quick line from the road into a structured deal — then watch it for silence and draft the nudge before it goes cold.

Who it's for

Built for teams who sell in person, not in a funnel diagram.

Founders who still close every deal themselves. RevOps leaders tired of chasing reps for updates. Field teams who sell from a scooter, not a desk. Growing SMBs who need enterprise discipline without an enterprise budget.

Founder-led sales

You're still the best closer at your own company. piRevenue means you stop losing deals in a spreadsheet at midnight.

The emerging-markets angle

Built for the bazaar. Priced for here.

Most revenue software is designed in San Francisco for a sales motion that looks nothing like selling in Mumbai, Jakarta, Lagos or Mexico City — priced in dollars, built for typed English, and blind to how deals actually move in a voice-note, WhatsApp-thread, relationship-first market. We built piRevenue the other way around: for teams who sell by phone and in person first, in a dozen languages, priced in local currency from day one.

South Asia·Africa·Southeast Asia·Middle East

Built for high-velocity revenue teams across emerging markets.

"Every tool we tried before was built for a sales team in another country, selling in another way. This is the first one that assumed my reps sell by phone and by hand, in three languages, before breakfast."

This is the whole point: humans close. AI does the busywork.

If that's the platform you've been waiting for, it's live. Start free in an afternoon, or see it running on your own pipeline.
