Privacy Policy

Last updated: 16 August 2026. This policy explains what data piRevenue collects, why, and what rights you have over it.

piRevenue ("piRevenue," "we," "us") provides an agentic revenue platform for sales teams. This Privacy Policy applies to www.pirevenue.com and the piRevenue application, and describes how we collect, use, retain and protect personal data.

1. Information we collect

We collect information in three ways:

  • Account and contact data — name, work email, company, region and role, provided when you request a demo, sign up, or contact us.
  • Product data — deal records, contact details, notes, voice-to-text transcripts, activity logs and forecast data that your organization creates or imports while using piRevenue.
  • Usage and device data — pages visited, referring URLs, browser type, device information and approximate location, collected automatically via cookies and analytics tools when you use our website or product.

2. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate this site and understand how it's used. We use Google Analytics (GA4) to measure traffic and engagement; Google Analytics may set cookies and collect an anonymized IP address, browser and device information, and pages viewed. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics using Google's browser add-on.

We do not use cookies to sell your personal data to third parties.

3. How we use information

We use the information above to:

  • Provide, operate and improve piRevenue, including agentic capture, follow-up drafting and forecasting features.
  • Respond to demo requests, support questions and other communications you send us.
  • Understand how our website and product are used, so we can fix problems and prioritize what to build.
  • Meet legal, security and fraud-prevention obligations.
  • Send product updates and marketing communications, where you've consented or where permitted by law — you can opt out at any time.

4. How agents use product data

piRevenue's agents process the deal and conversation data your organization provides in order to capture, draft and forecast on your behalf. Agent-drafted actions that face a customer — a follow-up message, a commitment, a price — require human approval before they go out. We do not use your organization's product data to train models for the benefit of other customers.

5. Sharing of information

We share information only where necessary:

  • Service providers — hosting, analytics, email and payment providers who process data on our behalf, under contractual confidentiality obligations.
  • Legal requirements — where required to comply with law, regulation, legal process or enforceable governmental request.
  • Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to standard confidentiality protections.

We do not sell personal data or product data to third parties.

6. Retention

We retain account and product data for as long as your organization has an active account, and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, accounting and dispute-resolution needs. Demo-request and marketing contact data is retained until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. You can request earlier deletion at any time — see Section 8.

7. International data transfers

Because piRevenue serves customers across multiple regions, data may be processed in a country other than your own. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we use providers and safeguards intended to protect it consistently with this policy. Regional hosting and data-residency options are on our roadmap — see our Security page.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you're located, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate personal data.
  • Request deletion of your personal data.
  • Object to or restrict certain processing, including marketing communications.
  • Request a copy of your data in a portable format.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@pirevenue.com. We'll respond within a reasonable time and may need to verify your identity first.

9. Children's privacy

piRevenue is a business product, not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as piRevenue evolves. We'll update the "last updated" date above, and for material changes, we'll make a reasonable effort to notify account owners directly.

11. Contact us

Questions about this policy or your data can be sent to privacy@pirevenue.com, or via our contact form.
